# Why did I get a notification to complete my training?

## I have already completed the Litix Academy training - but I received an email with an incomplete status.

If you believe you have already completed your Litix Academy training, please [login](https://academy.litix.ai/users/sign_in) to the site and confirm that all final steps have been finalized. You must complete the survey and sign the affidavit for the course to register complete.
